Plain-language terms
Short version: use Roue reasonably, don't try to break it, and we reserve the right to take down content that's harmful to users. Long version below.
Who we are
Roue is operated as an indie product. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service. Don't use Roue to harass others. Don't input content that is illegal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to block or remove access for violations.
Your content
Anything you type into a wheel (names, prizes, options) stays on your device unless you explicitly share a wheel link. You retain ownership of your content. We don't claim any rights to it.
Pro tier
Pro is offered as a subscription — Pro Monthly ($5.99/mo) or Pro Annual ($59/yr, about 18% off vs paying monthly). Cancel anytime from your account billing settings; Pro access remains active until the end of your current billing period. Pro entitlement is tied to your device via local storage; if you switch devices or clear browser data, use /restore to re-grant access.
Refunds
Monthly Pro is generally non-refundable once payment is processed; cancelling stops future charges and keeps Pro until the end of the current period. Annual Pro is refundable within 7 days of purchase if the account hasn't been heavily used. Billing errors, duplicate charges, and technical issues are always reviewed — email hello@roue.io. Service availability
Roue is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uptime. We'll do our best to keep it running but you shouldn't rely on it for time-critical scenarios without a backup plan.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roue's liability for anything related to the service is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months — which for free users is $0.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll update the "last updated" date below. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
