Roue is built by a small indie team. We'd rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something you don't love. The rules below apply to every paid plan.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your Roue Pro subscription at any time from your account billing settings. When you cancel, your Pro access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will return to the Free plan. We do not charge cancellation fees. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription unless the cancellation is completed through the billing settings or payment provider.
Try Pro before you buy
Roue offers a full Free plan so you can try the product before upgrading — Wheel, Bingo, Dice, Number picker, presentation mode, share links, and 5 saved boards are all free forever. Pro adds no ads, unlimited saved boards, premium themes, and full results history.
Pro Monthly ($5.99/mo)
Generally non-refundable once payment has been processed. If you cancel, you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period and won't be charged again.
Pro Annual ($59/yr)
Refundable within 7 days of purchase if the account has not been heavily used or abused. Email hello@roue.io with your Razorpay payment ID and we'll process it the same business day.
Billing errors, duplicates, technical issues
If there was a billing error, duplicate charge, or technical issue that prevented you from using Roue Pro, email hello@roue.io and we'll review the request fairly — these aren't bound by the 7-day window.
How to request a refund
Email hello@roue.io from the address you used at checkout. Include your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_ and is in your receipt email). One line is enough — "please refund pay_XXX" works.
How long it takes
We process refund requests within one business day. Once processed, Razorpay typically returns the funds to your card or bank in 5–7 business days. International cards can take up to 10 business days depending on the issuer.
What happens to your Pro access
On a refund, Pro access is revoked on the device where it was active. If you re-subscribe later, use /restore on any device to re-grant Pro using your Razorpay payment ID.
Disputes and chargebacks
If something feels wrong, email us first — we'd rather solve it directly than fight a chargeback. We respond within one business day.
