Roue is built by a small indie team. We'd rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something you don't love. The rules below apply to every paid plan.
Founding-member lifetime ($4)
Refundable within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email hello@roue.io with your Razorpay payment ID and we'll process the refund the same business day.
Monthly Pro ($8/mo, after the founding tier sells out)
Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Partial-month refunds are at our discretion; we generally grant them if you cancel within 48 hours of being charged and haven't used Pro features in that window.
How to request a refund
Email hello@roue.io from the address you used at checkout. Include your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_ and is in your receipt email). One line is enough — "please refund pay_XXX" works.
How long it takes
We process refund requests within one business day. Once processed, Razorpay typically returns the funds to your card or bank in 5–7 business days. International cards can take up to 10 business days depending on the issuer.
What happens to your Pro access
Pro access is revoked on the device where it was active. If you re-purchase later, you can use /restore to restore it.
Disputes and chargebacks
If something feels wrong, email us first — we'd rather solve it directly than fight a chargeback. We respond within one business day and will refund any reasonable request that falls outside this policy on a case-by-case basis.
