Roue (French for "wheel" — pronounced "roo") is a premium spinner, bingo caller, dice roller, and number picker. It's built for the moments where a randomizer is the focal point of the room: a live show, a classroom, a standup, a giveaway, a decision worth a flourish.
Why we built it
Every existing wheel tool we tried felt like an ad-cluttered utility from 2014. They work, but you wouldn't put one on a projector at a wedding, a school assembly, or a trivia night without feeling slightly embarrassed. Roue is the answer to that — calm, modern, beautifully animated, mobile-clean, and built to look right on a big screen.
What's free, what's Pro
The whole tool is free to use. Wheel, bingo, dice, number picker — no logins, no signups, no per-day spin caps. Pro is a one-time $4 founding-member purchase (lifetime, first 200 supporters) that removes ads, unlocks premium themes, and supports the team.
Who Roue is for
Teachers running participation wheels. Trivia hosts running tiebreakers. Team leads picking standup speakers. Creators running giveaways. Parents picking who does the dishes. Anyone who wants randomness with a little theatre.
What we don't do
No accounts to sign up for. No newsletter. No tracking pixels. No third-party retargeting. No casino-style sound effects. No "spin to win" dark patterns. The wheel is the wheel.
The team
Roue is built by a small indie team. One product person, one engineer (sometimes one and the same), one assist from Claude Code. No committee, no investors, no quarterly revenue targets — just a product we want to use ourselves and want to be proud of.
