If you're requesting a refund
Email hello@roue.io from the address you used at checkout and include your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_). See the refund policy for the full rules.
If you paid but can't see Pro on a device
That usually means you're on a different browser or device than the one you paid on. Use /restore with your email and Razorpay payment ID — it grants Pro instantly. If that doesn't work, email us with the same details.

Send it to hello@roue.io. Screenshots help. We read every one — we can't ship everything, but the patterns shape the roadmap.
If you're a classroom or organization
We're happy to give free Pro to teachers and small nonprofits. Email us from your institution address and we'll set it up.

Email hello@roue.io with "Press" in the subject and a deadline if you have one.
We don't run a phone line, a chatbot, or a support portal. Email is the only channel — and that's intentional.
